What is oil seed ?

A vegetable oil is a triglyceride extracted from various of a plant.  Some  vegetable oils  are in the form solid at room temperature, which are sometimes called as vegetable fats.  Some  plant parts may yield oil. which are  in commercial practice.  These oils are extracted from plant seeds..
